By using IELTS Master, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

IELTS Master is an educational app that helps you prepare for the IELTS exam through AI-powered practice sessions, feedback, and progress tracking.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

  • Using the app in compliance with applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes

  • Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the app

Subscription and Payments

IELTS Master offers both free and premium subscription options:

Premium Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly: $9.99 USD per month

  • Yearly: $79.99 USD per year

Billing Terms:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings

  • You can manage subscriptions in your device settings after purchase

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by Design by Riah LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content and Feedback

Our app uses artificial intelligence to provide feedback on your writing and speaking practice. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • Writing Analysis: Your essays are processed by AI to provide feedback on grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and task achievement

  • Speaking Analysis: Voice recordings are processed to evaluate pronunciation, fluency, and content

  • Educational Purpose Only: AI feedback is for educational purposes only and should be used as a learning tool

  • Score Estimates: AI evaluations are estimates and may not reflect actual IELTS scores

  • No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee specific exam results based on AI feedback

  • Use Your Judgment: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect

  • Original Work: AI-generated content should not be submitted as your own work elsewhere

  • Data Usage: Anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models

  • No Human Review: Your personal practice content is not reviewed by humans unless you contact support with a specific issue

IELTS Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam results or scores. Your actual IELTS performance depends on many factors beyond our app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design by Riah LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
